RG & Associates is led by Renae Griffin, a Certified Meeting Professional who brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, sales, marketing, meeting and project management to every client engagement. The firm’s in-house team has the depth of experience—and the eye for detail required—to plan and execute on a wide range of projects.

Under her leadership, RG & Associates has cultivated an extensive network of collaborative partners and industry intelligence that fuels the team’s strategic insights, flawless execution and delivery of exceptional value.

Renae Griffin, Founder and Principal

Renae brings more than 20 years of professional business experience and hands-on event management prowess to the firm. She founded RG & Associates in 2001 and has attracted a blue-chip client roster including HSBC, Credit Suisse, India Angel Network, KMART Corporation, The Marathon Club, National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), New America Alliance, Rainbow/PUSH Wall Street Project, Robert Toigo Foundation, and more.

Renae’s entrepreneurial roots date back to the early 1980s when she founded and ran an image consulting business in Los Angeles. Additionally, she began working in the financial services industry in the early 1980s with Bankers Trust Company, Capital Guardian Trust Company, and Progress Investment Management Company. With those firms and others, she focused on client service, institutional marketing, meeting and event planning where she coordinated annual conferences for industry and political luminaries.

Renae is a certified meeting professional and an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the National Association of Securities Professionals and Rotary International. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics.

Reggio Hearn, Director of Operations

Reggio Hearn, Director of OperationsReggio Hearn is the Director of Operations at RG & Associates. Reggio oversees all technical and logistics operations for RG & Associates’ events worldwide. Additionally Reggio manages office operations and staffing. He is also responsible for the management of our proprietary database, and the development of our system applications including our VIP Connect networking software.

Previously, Reggio worked over 12 years managing events for a wide range of companies and industry sectors including several Fortune 100 companies. He has managed events on 6 continents and is fluent in French. Reggio graduated from the University of California Davis in 1995 with a degree in Political Science and Communications. He is active in his community and works with several non-profit organizations that benefit youth education and enrichment.

Lia McKenzie, Executive Assistant

Lia McKenzie is an Executive Assistant at RG & Associates.  As part of the RG & Associates team, she provides the administrative support and coordination of all ongoing and future events to ensure the success and satisfaction of both management and clients.  In addition, Lia manages our speaker and sponsor coordination for all of our events.

Lia has over 15 years of proven expertise in the executive administrative support of top level executives in the healthcare and accounting industries.  Lia finds challenge and fulfillment in being the right arm of CEO’s, Presidents and Principals so that they are better able to perform their goals of company growth and development. 

Lia graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Business and along with her husband has established a family foundation.   Lia is a tennis enthusiast and enjoys travel, reading and watching Broadway shows.  Lia has been active in charity and volunteer work for the benefit of youth education in her community.
